Will Caffeinated become a paid Product?

No, Caffeinated will remain free forever.

Will this support ‘Platform X’?

It probably already does! Check and see if that platform has an RTMP ingest. If it does, we support it :)

Where is the free tier?

Free tiers are usually sustained by making the paid tiers more expensive. Ever wondered why those other services are so expensive? 😉

Why is this so cheap? Are you taking a loss?

The reason why we’re so cheap is that we’re giving you the direct cost of operations + profit margin rather than cost of operations + profit margin + paying for somebody else’s usage + ads and marketing.

What’s your refund policy?

We’ll refund you for any of the following reasons:

  • Accidental subscriptions
  • Unused service (up to 30 days)
  • Buggy, broken, or otherwise unusable service

We reserve the right to issue and deny refunds at our discretion.

How to I cancel a subscription? Are there a lot of steps?

Click the “Manage Subscription” button in the top right of your dashboard and that’ll take you to your payments page where you can then cancel your subscription. A confirmation will be sent you and your service will expire at the end of your billing period automatically. A refund may also be granted to you if you meet any of the above terms.
