Getting started
Head over to the Casterlabs Multistream site and sign up for one of our payment plans - each one offers different features depending on your specific needs.
- Basic ($4 /month - 3 simultaneous Streams)
- Advanced ($7 /month - 6 simultaneous streams)
Managing Your Subscription
Should you wish to make changes to your subscription service - be that upgrading to a higher tier, or dropping down - you can do so easily through the Multistreamer Dashboard.
Switching Tiers
Once logged in, you can head to the Manage Subscription button at the top of your Dashboard - which will take you to the store page on the billing site.
From here you can choose to update you subscription by clicking on the ellipsis (…) under Subscriptions, and then Update, where you will be able to choose to swap between one of our other two services.
If you decide to swap tiers mid-way through your subscription then you will recieve a prorated discount/refund towards your next payment.
Cancellation
Following the same steps as above you can also terminate your subscription at any point through the store page by clicking on the ellipsis (…) and Cancel. Your subscription will end at your next cycle and no further payments will be taken.
